'Tree-of-Life'  design and stylised floral  motifs used in Baluch weavings give this rug a very simple and balanced look. The simplicity of design also reminds one of a more ancient origin.   All wool pile; cotton warp and weft; goat-hair over-casting on side cords . There is a small, professional re-weave of about 2" x 3" area that is highlighted in the photo.
