  This wonderful prayer rug has all the desired qualities of good Baluchi weaving. The colors are deep and rich, with some design elements almost hidden as in the 'lattice' woven in burgundy against the natural dark wool of the central field. The colors all come from natural dyes or un-dyed wools; the wool pile, warp and weft are all hand-spun with the signature braide goat-hair side overcasting. A real gem that is getting more scarce all the time.
